First, let's notice where energy might feel stuck in the body. Start by standing, close your eyes, and feel. Notice any areas of tension or holding you might have in the body—maybe in the jaw, the shoulders, the wrists, the ankles, the stomach, or the hips.
No need to try to change anything right now. Just notice what's coming up.
And now we're going to shake out some of that energy before we move into the session. Shakie out the arms, the wrists, the feet, and the ankles. Do a little dance! Just really let your body do whatever it needs to do to release any stuck energy.
Now it's time to settle into a comfortable position—standing, sitting, or lying down.
And let's begin by finding the breath that's right for you. Not too fast, not too slow, just the right amount of air, at just the right tempo.
You'll know when you've found the breath that's right for you because you might feel a sense of relief or release in the body. And if you don't notice anything, that's okay too.
As you settle into the breath that's right for you, remind yourself: not only am I capable, but I'm willing to give this to myself.
Now, in your mind's eye, imagine you walk to the door, and when you open it, there's a path. You start to walk it, and it leads to a space made uniquely for you. It could be real or imagined, indoors or outdoors. Let it form around you with vivid detail.
What shapes, colors, or objects do you see?
Maybe you're in a sunny forest, the leaves swaying gently. Or at the sea, witnessing the sun's rays dance on the water. Or in a cozy space filled with everything you love. Take time to fully arrive here.
What do you hear?
Maybe there's a gentle breeze, the sound of water, my voice, or complete silence. Maybe something else.
What do you smell? Maybe fresh rain. A salty breeze. Sweet flowers in bloom. A woody aroma. Freshly cut grass. Baked goods. Or something else.
What do you feel?
Notice the temperature on your skin. The surface below you. Walk around and interact with your space, allowing every detail to emerge, making it completely yours.
As you settle deeper into this sacred space, feel how your body responds to being here. Maybe your jaw softens, your breath deepens, your mind slows down. Whatever you notice, even if it's nothing, is exactly where you need to be.
And now, sensing the familiarity of your unbounded self approaching, a shift in the energy of your space also arises. Maybe a golden shimmer followed by their warm presence or a feeling of profound peace.
As they come into focus, welcome them with wonder, with curiosity. Notice how they hold themself—the groundedness in their posture, the insight in their eyes, the slight curve of their smile, how they move with fluid grace or radiate unshakable calm. Their presence fills this space with a magnetic power. And being in their presence feels like coming home to your most authentic self—like every cell in your body recognizing its own highest potential.
Continuing now, stand facing each other. Imagine placing your hand on their heart and theirs on yours. Feel the resonance between you growing stronger.
And gently bring to mind your current list of values. They may come to you as words, images, or sensations. One by one, offer each value to your unbounded self. Hold it in your awareness and ask together: is this truly mine? Or was it inherited, adopted, or absorbed along the way? Is this actually mine?
As you sit with this question, sense your body's response. Does your body feel an opening, a softening, a quiet yes? Or a tightening, a pulling away, a subtle no?
Now ask: does this value serve my highest expression? Trust what you feel. Not every answer will be loud or obvious. Subtle truth still counts. Let go of what no longer belongs. Keep what remains.
Now, ask your unbounded self: what values most want to guide my dream life? You don't have to search. Let them come to you.
And as each value arrives, pause. Feel it land in your body. Notice its unique energy, its signature. Is it bold and fiery, gentle and steady, expansive and light? Let it show you how it lives in action—a glimpse of what it looks like when fully expressed through you.
Receive as many as want to come. Could be two, four, six, or eight. No need to limit or rush.
Now take your top values and gently feel into the question: what does it feel like in my body when I'm aligned with this value? Let your body speak—a lightness in the chest, a quiet in the mind, groundedness in the feet.
Now sense: what does it feel like when I'm misaligned with it? Maybe it's a subtle unease. Tension in the gut, or a tightness in the throat. And no need to judge—just notice.
And finally, allow a memory, image, or moment to surface of when you've lived this value well—when it showed up through you in action. And let yourself be nourished by that knowing.
And as we slowly begin to come back, stand or sit with your unbounded self. Stand or sit with your unbounded self before you, your hands placed on each other’s hearts. Together, you breathe. And with each breath, they send the energy of your values into your body, one by one.
Feel each value settle into you like a frequency, a light, a warmth. Maybe one nestles into your throat. Another glows in your heart. One anchors in your spine. Let them root. Let them live in you.
Now, ask your unbounded self: how can I check in with these values when I face a choice or a challenge? Let them show you how your body will speak—what alignment feels like.
Ask: what's my body's compass for staying true? A word, gesture, or sensation may arise. Receive it. Remember it. This is your inner framework. Always available to you.
And now, for one moment, place both hands on your heart. Your unbounded self mirrors you. And let their presence remind you:
You already hold all this within you—the clarity, the calm, the authenticity. Breathe it in.
And when you're ready, begin to return to your physical space. Notice your feet on the floor, where your body comes into contact with the surface supporting you, the temperature of the air on your face.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes. Rock your head side to side. Take one deep breath. And gently open your eyes and return to your physical space.
